Once a Catholic Convent, The Marian is being transformed into high-end luxury apartments.
The name "Marian" was derived from the Marian Year 1954 in which the building was named as St. Anthony's Convent. The halls of The Marian were once filled with Catholic Nuns that taught at the school located just next door. Much of the interior of the building was renovated to create the sixteen unique apartments that now make up The Marian. Some units boast a secluded private balcony, patio or even the original "Chapel" now renovated into a luxury apartment can be rented. Many of the units have some sort of hint to the historical past of this beautiful building. As much of the original features that could be preserved in the building have been, and they certainly make The Marian a unique place to call home.
